The large area of the site and the variety of included functions defined our approach to the formation of the Parliamentary Center complex. It is a dynamic volume that aims to become a new architectural symbol of Moscow.
Placement of all main functions in a suspended «ribbon» allowed to make the complex permeable, allowing light and air into the interior courtyard space and ensuring accessibility to its various sections. The light finishing of facades in aluminum panels and stained glass contributes to the visual lightness of the volume.
