The concept of the apartment complex on Petrovsko-Razumovskaya originates from a series of architectural studies by Kazimir Malevich, which he called “Planitas”. The great Supermatist artist was one of the first to explore the possibilities of using simple geometric forms in architectural composition.
The design of this architectural complex uses the principles of Malevich’s graphic designs and models to achieve maximum efficiency in planning solutions and compositional expressiveness – vertical towers, connected by transparent transitions, create a maximum number of corner view apartments and form a memorable interpretation of the modern skyscraper.
